My office is located at 101 S. Jefferson Ave. in Cookeville, TN. Cookeville is my hometown and where I've chosen to raise my family. I care about this community and want to help you enjoy living in the Upper Cumberland as much as I do.
My wonderful staff are sharp, passionate, and motivated to cut through the garbage. Together, we compliment each other to make an effective team.

Most visitors of this site want to know who I am as an attorney.
I'm a surprisingly normal guy. I take little pleasure in "impressing" others with 25-cent words (although I certainly know my fair share). I like to brainstorm with my clients to find the best solution for their particular needs. I enjoy fighting vigorously for clients' rights. I love finding the best solutions to the worst situations.
I enjoy practicing in multiple areas of the law. But above all else, I aim to be an attorney with heart.
I've always been an artist at heart. Growing up, I was a singer, a performer, and a surprisingly good whistler. I come from a long line of painters, and while shamefully I haven't touched a brush in years, I can run circles around most in Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
My love for digital art took on a new life when I got into photography during law school. I've turned that passion into a creative outlet in the form of my photography business, Motion Memory Photography. www.MotionMemory.photo
I say all of this for two reasons. First to give you a glimpse into my personality. I see life in rhythm, patterns, and balance. Secondly, I have a respect for the creative mind — be it the artist, the business man, or the inventor. If you use your skills and intellect to create, you deserve the protection that the law affords. Honestly, intellectual property doesn't even break the top ten legal issues in the Upper Cumberland, but I've taken it upon myself to stay on top of the field for when someone needs my help.
